Day 1: Arrival

  • Welcome to Portland, Oregon!

  • Check-in at the Royal Sonesta Downtown; an inspired mix of striking design, unrivaled—but decidedly unstuffy—service and artistic local touches deliver a stay that truly can’t be replicated.

  • Take some time to relax and unwind, after all this is a wellness retreat.

  • Evening: Dinner at Fogo de Chão Brazilian Steakhouse

Day 2: Wellness and Cultural Exploration

  • Morning: Begin your day with a wholesome breakfast at Stepping Stone Cafe, known for its Mancakes and funky decor! 

  • Afternoon: Explore breathtaking Washington Park, home to the International Rose Test Garden and the famous Red Wood Observation Deck at Hoyt Arboretum. Enjoy a tranquil tea ceremony at Umami Cafe nestled within the Japanese gardens to round out the afternoon.

  • Evening: Return to the hotel for a restful night or venture out for drinks at the lively Scandals bar to unwind. Visit one of Portland's many live music venues or catch a Portland Thorn's match. Dealer's choice!

 

Day 3: Literary & Culinary Delights

  • Morning: Sip on locally roasted coffee at the Guilder cafe before diving into the literary world of Powell's Books, one of the world's largest independent bookstores.

  • After wandering the aisles digesting your breakfast, embark on a rejuvenating visit to Wake Massage, where a highly skilled body work therapist will customize a massage to your needs. 

  • Late Lunch: Indulge in the flavors of Vietnam at Luc Lac Vietnamese Restaurant, offering a delightful culinary experience.

  • Afternoon: Continue your exploration of Portland's literary scene by taking your book out to read and be seen. A light snack is recommended to leave room for...

  • Sweet Evening: Embark on a dessert crawl to satisfy your cravings. Sample the famous Kinnamon cinnamon rolls, unique treats from Voodoo Donuts, and artisanal ice cream from Salt & Straw.

Day 4: Wellness and Leisure​
